I am late. Can I still get in?
We prefer Guests to arrive at their designated start times. However, if we’re not at maximum capacity, some flexibility may be possible.
Can I stay beyond my session?
We aim for all Guests to depart on time. Each session gives you 1 hour and 30 minutes to enjoy The Magic of Christmas.
Can I buy my sightseeing admission/Glow Golf ticket on-site upon arrival?
While you might be able to visit without a pre-booked ticket, we highly encourage booking online. During the Christmas period, we allocate only 10% of our maximum capacity per night for walk-ins. We also limit the number of Guests per session.
Can I play one course, take my club to Leapfrogs for a meal, and come back for the second course?
No, if the venue is busy, you will need to complete both courses before dining at Leapfrogs. Please check with the kiosk team upon arrival.
Are shoes required in the gardens?
Yes, shoes are required at all times in Wanneroo Botanic Gardens to ensure the safety and comfort of all Guests.
I don’t have a booking at Leapfrogs but I might get some food when I am there, is it free to enter?
No, you’re welcome to enjoy the Top Lawn Christmas displays at no cost. To explore the full Magic of Christmas light trail throughout the Gardens, a sightseeing ticket is required. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for children (4-13).
I have a booking at Leapfrogs, is it free to enter?

We do not offer refunds. We understand that on occasions the mini golf course can be busy, and in the event the wait times are extreme, we may offer Guests an opportunity to return on an alternate date.
