While you might be able to visit without a pre-booked ticket, we highly encourage booking online. During the Christmas period, we allocate only 10% of our maximum capacity per night for walk-ins. We also limit the number of Guests per session.

We aim for all Guests to depart on time. Each session gives you 1 hour and 30 minutes to enjoy The Magic of Christmas.

We prefer Guests to arrive at their designated start times. However, if we’re not at maximum capacity, some flexibility may be possible.

While we can’t predict exact crowd sizes, tee-off times from 7 pm to 8 pm tend to be the busiest during The Magic of Christmas, so you might experience some waiting at a few holes.

Our Garden Golf course is accessible for Guests in wheelchairs, but please note that the European-style track design from 1981 includes a round rail, which can make maneuvering challenging. The Billiard Golf course which contains only a couple of light features, due to its levels and steps, is not wheelchair accessible.

No, for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, large pull-along wagons or carts are not permitted in the Gardens. While prams are, of course, welcome, the paths are not wide enough to accommodate larger trolleys. Additionally, please note that picnicking is not permitted within the Gardens.

Yes, we support the use of Companion Cards for our Christmas Light experience. To ensure a smooth visit, we kindly ask that a sightseeing ticket is purchased in advance. Upon arrival, please present the Companion Card to receive complimentary entry for the companion.
